Longflexion is the alias of Melodic & progressive house DJ/producer Nad Gamelin, a native of Montreal, Canada, born in 1983.
Canadien producer/DJ Longflexion has progressive sounds, combining influences of trance and house with distinguished melodic, drum patterns, and rumbling basslines.
Longflexion produces music under several artist names like Trainspotting, Clockwork Blue, Mind84 & AMBUSHPILOT.
His track Shadow Street (Under his AMBUSHPILOT alias) was signed on Rafael Osmo label Progline Records and released in December 2020.
In November 2020, Longflexion signs his track ”Kingdom Of Heaven” under the wing of the Trance legends Mark Pledger (Anjunabeats, Flashover, Euphonic) on his label Melodika Music for a release in 2021.
Longflexion signs a two-track EP alongside the vocalist Catherine Boston on the Redux Deep imprint, a sub-label of Redux Recordings, and will be out in 2021.
Longflexion ascent to the upper echelons of the progressive scene has been no accident. Having DJed tirelessly in the radio scene over the last decade, on Digitally Imported (DI.FM) he has slowly built his sound up, developing a great reputation for his diverse range of styles and sets.
In April 2020, Longflexion hit the number #1 trance chart in Russia with his single alongside Trainspotting Featuring Jess, ‘I Still Live.’ As if it was not enough, his single featuring Catherine Boston ‘Tell Me Something’ hit number #3 in the progressive house chart in Russia.
Longflexion host the weekly radio show Global Progressive Radio broadcasted in over 25 radio stations around the world, including Itunes Radio, Amazon network & iheart Radio in New York. International producers have already played as a guest on the show, like Aurosonic, Mike Saint-Jules, Andrew Manning just to name a few.
In September 2020, he received a commemorative plaque from Spotify for his artist album Tripping day’s volume 1, under his alias Trainspotting for obtaining more than 75,000 streams on Trainspotting music.
